We’re looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and talented **Chef** to join our kitchen team and help elevate our dining offerings to new heights. Key Responsibilities
– Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with The Beach House Hotel’s menu and standards.
– Manage food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure consistency and quality.
– Work alongside a dynamic team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests.
– Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
– Contribute to menu development, offering creative input and helping to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
– Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
– Provide leadership, training, and support to junior kitchen staff.
About You
– A passion for cooking and creating memorable meals.
– Previous experience in a similar chef position (minimum 2 years).
– Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and health regulations.
– Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
– A team player who enjoys collaborating with others in a positive, dynamic environment.
– Creativity and an eagerness to bring fresh ideas to the table.
– Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
